1. 목적

본 이용약관은 MYLOCUS 서비스 이용과 관련하여 서비스 제공자와 이용자 사이의 권리, 의무, 책임사항 및 기타 필요한 사항을 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.

2. 서비스 내용

MYLOCUS는 실제 상황 기반 언어 학습 앱으로, 상황별 회화 학습, 듣기, 말하기, 받아쓰기, 복습 카드, 게임형 학습, 오늘의 학습, 광고형 기능, 보상형 광고, Gold Membership 구독 기능을 제공할 수 있습니다. 서비스 구성과 기능은 업데이트, 운영 정책, 플랫폼 정책에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.

3. 계정 및 이용자 책임

  • 이용자는 정확한 정보를 사용하고 자신의 계정 접근 권한을 안전하게 관리해야 합니다.
  • 타인의 계정, 결제 정보, 개인정보를 무단으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
  • 서비스 운영을 방해하거나, 서버·앱·광고 기능을 비정상적으로 이용해서는 안 됩니다.
  • 해킹, 자동화 도구, 리버스엔지니어링, 보안 우회, 데이터 무단 수집은 금지됩니다.

4. 무료 기능과 유료 기능

MYLOCUS의 일부 기능은 무료로 제공될 수 있으며, Gold Membership 등 일부 기능은 결제 또는 구독이 필요할 수 있습니다. 무료 제공 범위, 광고 노출, 하트/보상 구조, 프리미엄 기능은 운영 정책에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.

5. Gold Membership 구독

  • Gold Membership은 월간 또는 연간 구독 상품으로 제공될 수 있습니다.
  • 구독은 App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 판매되고 관리됩니다.
  • 구독은 각 플랫폼 정책에 따라 자동 갱신될 수 있으며, 갱신 가격과 기간은 구매 화면 및 플랫폼 계정에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
  • 이용자는 구매 복원 기능을 통해 기존 구매 또는 구독 상태를 복원할 수 있습니다.
  • 환불은 App Store 또는 Google Play의 정책과 절차에 따라 처리됩니다.

6. 구독 해지

앱 삭제 또는 MYLOCUS 계정 삭제만으로 App Store 또는 Google Play 구독이 자동 해지되지 않습니다. 구독 해지는 이용자가 각 플랫폼 계정의 구독 관리 메뉴에서 직접 진행해야 합니다. 구독을 해지하지 않으면 플랫폼 정책에 따라 다음 결제 주기에 갱신될 수 있습니다.

7. 광고 및 보상형 광고

MYLOCUS는 Google AdMob 등 제3자 광고 서비스를 통해 배너 광고, 네이티브 광고, 보상형 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다. 보상형 광고는 이용자가 선택적으로 시청하는 기능이며, 광고 시청 완료 또는 유효한 광고 상호작용이 확인된 경우에만 앱 내 보상이 지급될 수 있습니다.

광고 제공 방식, 광고 노출 빈도, 보상 기준, 일일 보상 한도는 운영 정책에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다. 비정상적인 광고 시청, 자동화 도구 사용, 부정 클릭, 반복 조작, 광고 네트워크 정책 위반이 의심되는 경우 보상이 제한되거나 회수될 수 있습니다.

8. 금지 행위

  • 부정 결제, 구매 조작, 환불 악용, 구독 상태 조작
  • 광고 악용, 보상 부정 획득, 자동화된 광고 시청 또는 클릭
  • 서비스 콘텐츠, 로고, 디자인, 학습 구조의 무단 복제·배포·상업적 이용
  • 불법 콘텐츠 게시, 타인 권리 침해, 명예훼손, 서비스 운영 방해
  • 앱 또는 서버에 대한 비정상 접근, 보안 취약점 악용, 리버스엔지니어링

9. 지식재산권

MYLOCUS의 로고, UI, 디자인, 텍스트, 학습 콘텐츠, 대화 구성, 데이터 구조, 기능 구성에 관한 권리는 MYLOCUS 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 서비스 이용 목적 범위를 넘어 이를 복제, 배포, 판매, 변형, 공개 전송할 수 없습니다.

10. 서비스 변경·중단

MYLOCUS는 운영상 필요, 기술적 문제, 플랫폼 정책 변경, 제3자 서비스 장애, 보안 위험, 법령상 요구가 있는 경우 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경, 제한, 중단할 수 있습니다.

11. 면책 및 책임 제한

MYLOCUS는 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 노력하지만, 네트워크 장애, 플랫폼 장애, 제3자 서비스 장애, 사용자 기기 환경, 불가항력으로 인한 문제에 대해 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 책임을 제한할 수 있습니다. 또한 언어 학습 성과, 시험 결과, 실제 대화 능력 향상 정도는 이용자별 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있으며 특정 결과를 보장하지 않습니다.

12. 준거법 및 문의

1. Purpose

These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the service provider and users regarding MYLOCUS.

2. Service

MYLOCUS is a real-situation language learning app that may provide situation-based dialogues, listening, speaking, dictation, review cards, game-style learning, daily learning, ad-supported features, rewarded ads, and Gold Membership subscriptions. Features may change based on updates, operating policy, or platform policy.

3. Accounts and user responsibility

  • Users must use accurate information and keep account access secure.
  • Users must not use another person's account, payment information, or personal information without permission.
  • Users must not interfere with the service or use servers, apps, or ad functions abnormally.
  • Hacking, automation, reverse engineering, security bypass, and unauthorized data collection are prohibited.

4. Free and paid features

Some MYLOCUS features may be free, while Gold Membership and other features may require payment or subscription. Free scope, ad exposure, hearts/rewards, and premium features may change under the operating policy.

5. Gold Membership subscription

  • Gold Membership may be offered as monthly or annual subscription products.
  • Subscriptions are sold and managed through App Store or Google Play.
  • Subscriptions may auto-renew according to each platform's policy. Renewal price and period are shown on the purchase screen and platform account.
  • Users may restore existing purchases or subscriptions using restore purchase functionality.
  • Refunds are handled according to App Store or Google Play policies and procedures.

6. Cancellation

Deleting the MYLOCUS app or MYLOCUS account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Users must cancel subscriptions directly from the subscription management menu in each platform account. If a subscription is not cancelled, it may renew in the next billing cycle according to platform policy.

7. Ads and rewarded ads

MYLOCUS may provide banner ads, native ads, and rewarded ads through third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional features selected by users, and in-app rewards may be granted only when ad completion or valid ad interaction is confirmed.

Ad delivery method, impression frequency, reward rules, and daily reward limits may change under the operating policy. If abnormal ad viewing, automation, invalid clicks, repeated manipulation, or advertising network policy violations are suspected, rewards may be restricted or revoked.

8. Prohibited conduct

  • Fraudulent payments, purchase manipulation, refund abuse, or subscription status manipulation
  • Ad abuse, improper reward acquisition, automated ad viewing or clicking
  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, sale, modification, or commercial use of service content, logos, design, or learning structure
  • Illegal content, rights infringement, defamation, or interference with service operations
  • Abnormal access, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or reverse engineering of the app or server

9. Intellectual property

Rights to the MYLOCUS logo, UI, design, text, learning content, dialogue composition, data structure, and feature structure belong to MYLOCUS or rightful owners. Users may not copy, distribute, sell, modify, or publicly transmit these beyond the purpose of service use.

10. Changes and suspension

MYLOCUS may change, limit, or suspend all or part of the service due to operational needs, technical issues, platform policy changes, third-party service failures, security risks, or legal requirements.

11. Disclaimer and limitation

MYLOCUS strives to provide a stable service, but may limit liability to the extent permitted by law for network failures, platform failures, third-party service failures, device environments, or force majeure. Learning outcomes, test results, and real-life conversational improvement may vary by user and are not guaranteed.

12. Governing law and contact

本規約は、MYLOCUSサービスの利用に関し、サービス提供者と利用者の権利、義務、責任事項およびその他必要な事項を定めます。

2. サービス内容

MYLOCUSは、実際の場面に基づく会話、聞く、話す、書き取り、復習カード、ゲーム学習、今日の学習、広告機能、報酬型広告、Gold Membership購読機能を提供する場合があります。機能は更新、運営方針、プラットフォーム方針により変更されることがあります。

3. アカウントと利用者責任

  • 利用者は正確な情報を使用し、アカウントの安全を管理する必要があります。
  • 他人のアカウント、決済情報、個人情報を無断で使用してはなりません。
  • サービス運営を妨害したり、サーバー、アプリ、広告機能を異常利用してはなりません。
  • ハッキング、自動化、リバースエンジニアリング、セキュリティ回避、無断データ収集は禁止されます。

4. 無料機能と有料機能

一部機能は無料で提供され、Gold Membershipなど一部機能は決済または購読が必要となる場合があります。無料範囲、広告表示、ハート/報酬、プレミアム機能は運営方針により変更されることがあります。

5. Gold Membership購読

  • Gold Membershipは月間または年間購読商品として提供される場合があります。
  • 購読はApp StoreまたはGoogle Playを通じて販売・管理されます。
  • 購読は各プラットフォーム方針により自動更新される場合があります。
  • 購入復元機能により既存購入または購読状態を復元できます。
  • 返金はApp StoreまたはGoogle Playの方針と手続きに従います。

6. 解約

MYLOCUSアプリまたはアカウントを削除しても、App StoreまたはGoogle Playの購読は自動的に解約されません。解約は各プラットフォームのアカウントで直接行う必要があります。

7. 広告および報酬型広告

MYLOCUSはGoogle AdMobなどの第三者広告サービスを通じて、バナー広告、ネイティブ広告、報酬型広告を提供する場合があります。報酬型広告は利用者が選択して視聴する機能であり、広告視聴完了または有効な操作が確認された場合にのみアプリ内報酬が付与されることがあります。

異常な広告視聴、自動化、不正クリック、反復操作、広告ネットワークポリシー違反が疑われる場合、報酬が制限または取り消されることがあります。

8. 禁止行為

  • 不正決済、購入操作、返金悪用、購読状態操作
  • 広告悪用、不正報酬取得、自動広告視聴またはクリック
  • コンテンツ、ロゴ、デザイン、学習構造の無断利用
  • 違法コンテンツ、権利侵害、名誉毀損、運営妨害
  • 異常アクセス、脆弱性悪用、リバースエンジニアリング

9. 知的財産権

MYLOCUSのロゴ、UI、デザイン、テキスト、学習コンテンツ、会話構成、データ構造、機能構成に関する権利はMYLOCUSまたは正当な権利者に帰属します。

10. サービス変更・中断

MYLOCUSは運営上の必要、技術的問題、プラットフォーム方針変更、第三者サービス障害、セキュリティリスク、法的要求により、サービスの一部または全部を変更、制限、中断することがあります。

11. 免責および責任制限

MYLOCUSは安定したサービス提供に努めますが、法令が許す範囲で、ネットワーク障害、プラットフォーム障害、第三者サービス障害、端末環境、不可抗力による問題について責任を制限できるものとします。学習成果は利用者ごとに異なり、特定の結果を保証しません。

12. 準拠法とお問い合わせ

Estos Términos establecen derechos, obligaciones y responsabilidades entre el proveedor del servicio y los usuarios en relación con MYLOCUS.

2. Servicio

MYLOCUS es una app de aprendizaje basada en situaciones reales que puede ofrecer diálogos, escucha, habla, dictado, tarjetas de repaso, juegos, aprendizaje diario, anuncios, anuncios con recompensa y Gold Membership. Las funciones pueden cambiar según actualizaciones, política operativa o política de plataformas.

3. Cuenta y responsabilidad

  • El usuario debe usar información correcta y mantener segura su cuenta.
  • No debe usar cuentas, pagos o datos personales de terceros sin permiso.
  • No debe interferir con el servicio ni usar de forma anormal servidores, app o anuncios.
  • Se prohíbe hacking, automatización, ingeniería inversa, eludir seguridad y recopilar datos sin autorización.

4. Funciones gratuitas y de pago

Algunas funciones pueden ser gratuitas y otras, como Gold Membership, pueden requerir pago o suscripción. El alcance gratuito, anuncios, corazones/recompensas y funciones premium pueden cambiar.

5. Gold Membership

  • Gold Membership puede ofrecerse como suscripción mensual o anual.
  • Las suscripciones se venden y gestionan mediante App Store o Google Play.
  • Pueden renovarse automáticamente según la política de cada plataforma.
  • El usuario puede restaurar compras o suscripciones existentes.
  • Los reembolsos se procesan según App Store o Google Play.

6. Cancelación

Eliminar la app o la cuenta de MYLOCUS no cancela automáticamente una suscripción de App Store o Google Play. El usuario debe cancelar desde la cuenta de la plataforma correspondiente.

7. Publicidad y recompensas

MYLOCUS puede mostrar anuncios de banner, nativos y con recompensa mediante servicios como Google AdMob. Los anuncios con recompensa son opcionales y la recompensa dentro de la app puede concederse solo cuando se confirme la finalización o una interacción válida.

La forma de entrega, frecuencia, reglas de recompensa y límites diarios pueden cambiar. Si se sospecha uso anormal, automatización, clics inválidos, manipulación o infracción de políticas publicitarias, la recompensa puede limitarse o retirarse.

8. Conductas prohibidas

  • Pagos fraudulentos, manipulación de compras, abuso de reembolsos o manipulación de suscripción
  • Abuso de anuncios, obtención indebida de recompensas, visualización o clic automatizado
  • Uso no autorizado de contenido, logos, diseño o estructura de aprendizaje
  • Contenido ilegal, infracción de derechos, difamación o interferencia
  • Acceso anormal, explotación de vulnerabilidades o ingeniería inversa

9. Propiedad intelectual

Los derechos sobre logo, UI, diseño, textos, contenido de aprendizaje, diálogos, estructura de datos y funciones pertenecen a MYLOCUS o titulares legítimos.

10. Cambios o suspensión

MYLOCUS puede cambiar, limitar o suspender parte o todo el servicio por necesidades operativas, problemas técnicos, políticas de plataforma, fallos de terceros, seguridad o requisitos legales.

11. Exención y limitación

MYLOCUS procura ofrecer un servicio estable, pero puede limitar responsabilidad dentro de lo permitido por la ley por fallos de red, plataforma, terceros, dispositivos o fuerza mayor. Los resultados de aprendizaje varían y no se garantiza un resultado específico.
